Message to the owner.I bought my car into you twice, for the same problem. I said I thought it was shock absorber, but then I'm not a mechanic..The first time I bought it in you said "I've put some oil on it, see how you go". You charged me a tenner. My car was no different. I bought it back to you. You booked my car back in, you had it all day. You charged me 70. The car was still the same. Making a banging noise when I went over bumps. I've since taken my car somewhere else. They said it was the worst they ever seen, said they'd taken a photo of it cus it was so bad. They replaced the top mount bearing kit suspension leg. If they could clearly see the problem and fix it, why couldn't you. Which just makes me think that they never even looked at my car.
Takes forever to do things, charges a lot
