Thrapstons Co-Op food store. Open 7 days a week until 8pm except Sundays which 4pm. The store has great free parking and the staff are always friendly, helpful and have a smile on their faces. The store has a in-store bakery for fresh baked goods. There is a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Sadly there isnt a deli counter but there is a good selection of prepackaged meats and deli type foods.

I went into this shop holding the keys to a hybrid car. Fresh veggies were very good quality and generally speaking this shop had everything that I needed to feed a family of 4.

This happens to be my local supermarket and I have found the staff to be very helpfull and friendly. I have however found the shelves to sometimes sparsely stocked, it maybe down to the time of year ( Dec ). The car park is adequate but sometimes becomes clogged. There are no public toilets in store but there are toilets some 50 yards away. Prices are tending towards the top end but a good variety of products are available. With regular rotation of "special offers " on display. A place worth visiting.

Useful local supermarket. Carries a good range of products. Plenty of parking and public conveniences in the car park.

I went in holding the keys to an extremely inexpensive car, and being the wrong side of 40 ( ok 48 ) was struck with horror when not challenged about my age. ( I was buying a loaf of bread however )Seriously, Thrapston like many towns in the UK is expanding rather rapidly, and infrastructure isnt matching the expansion. Go in the coop at the wrong time of day and the queues make it very off putting.Staff range from very helpful to disinterested, but thats the case with most supermarkets. Also worth mentioning that food prices are average and the coop do some reasonable offers.Only real criticism has to be the size of the supermarket its now too small for the town.
