Although I personally think it needes a makeover & re-furnished my room was lovely warm & comfortable bed easy access to Wifi without having to ask for password, which is always a good thing, although no shower/bath products & no Hairdryer, staff looked in empty rooms & none to be found, I normally take these things with me to B&Bs but didnt think id need them in a Hotel, luckily i had bathing/shower stuff, hot water was very good in bathroom. Breakfast & coffee was warm, i was down just before 8am, wasnt impressed although staff were lovely. I would still use this Hotel because of friendly staff & lovely room.
Just home from a lovely Sunday lunch. A great carvery , yummy roast potatoes , and hand made very large tasty Yorkshire , endless variety of fresh veggies . All in all a fantastic lunch would thoroughly recomend you try . We ended our lunch with Apple crumble and custard. So full . Great value for money. Will definately go back . Xx thankyou all.
Very friendly staff. Nothing to much trouble, breakfast cooked to order, not sat in a tray for two hours. Room warm and comfortable .
Fantastic hotel the owner was absolutely brilliant. We stayed for one nite but we're so impressed that we will be returning very soon for a longer stay..
