Just been through the process of buying a car and collected it yesterday with James. Easy and simple, the way it should be when buying a car.Pointed out a scratch in the bodywork and before asking, James quickly confirmed that it would be rectified should the car be sold.Had a concern about something but James and the workshop were happy to accommodate my request to get it inspected and confirm there was nothing to worry about.Also requested the car be thoroughly cleaned to remove white polish marks on black trim and to remove a badge added by the previous owner. Both were done well to my request. The bodywork repair was also done to a fantastic standard, you wouldn't even know there was a scratch before.Someone previously mentioned that they did not take holding deposits; this is not true. James offered to take a deposit to hold the car whilst I took the time to think about it and go over the numbers in my spare time. Overall very pleased with the service. Owner was there almost every time I went in and was also approachable. Will be returning my car there for future maintenance and service.
